Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 999bdt

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all services offered by 999bdt at the domain 999bdt.bio and any associated subdomains or applications, including but not limited to online sports betting, live casino, slot games, card games, and the Finance / Wallet system. The Terms apply equally to all registered members, regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

By registering an account with 999bdt, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. You further acknowledge that 999bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 999bdt will notify active members via email or a prominent in-platform notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a future effective date is stated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. If any translation of these Terms is provided for informational convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between language versions.

999bdt operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. The Platform does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful. It is the sole responsibility of the Member to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in their location before registering or placing any wager. 999bdt assumes no liability for any Member who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

The 999bdt platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. 999bdt implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification as part of the withdrawal process, and may request age verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle.

By registering, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 999bdt or had your account permanently closed for terms violations.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• All information you provide during registration and KYC verification is accurate, current, and complete.

999bdt also reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section, even if initial registration was completed without apparent irregularity.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 999bdt services, you must register a member account. Registration requires the provision of a valid email address, a Bangladeshi mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name and date of birth during the KYC verification process.

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on the 999bdt platform at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — including through the use of different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. 999bdt will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately so that the account can be secured.

999bdt implements OTP two-factor authentication (2FA) as a mandatory security layer on new device logins and on all withdrawal requests above a standard threshold. OTPs are delivered via SMS to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring your registered mobile number remains accurate and accessible. Failure to maintain an active, accessible mobile number may result in delays to account access and withdrawal processing.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 999bdt platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 999bdt does not impose currency conversion on member wallets. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and other local Bangladeshi banking channels as made available from time to time.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 999bdt wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect, subject to your bank's processing times. 999bdt does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 999bdt accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal processing times for KYC-verified accounts are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: 15–30 minutes from approval.
• Rocket and Upay: Same-day processing, typically within 2 hours.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account. Members wishing to withdraw amounts above the published daily limit must contact the 999bdt Finance team in advance.

999bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further verification. Withdrawals requested by members who have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is complete. 999bdt is not liable for delays arising from incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation submitted by the member.

Funds deposited to your 999bdt wallet that have not been used for any betting or gaming activity within 12 consecutive months of inactivity may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with the platform's dormant account policy. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied, and the fee will not reduce the wallet balance below zero.

Bonuses and Promotions

999bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

The 999bdt welcome bonus offers new members a 100% match on their first qualifying deposit up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must be made via bKash or Nagad and must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold published on the promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new members only and may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

All bonuses awarded by 999bdt are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on 999bdt bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Sports betting (pre-match and live): 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Slots and crash games: 100% contribution.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution.
• Teen Patti Joker and other card games: 10% contribution.

Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Any unused bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your wallet without compensation. Withdrawal of real-money funds is permitted at any time, but any active bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon withdrawal before wagering requirements are met.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 999bdt sports book and all wagers placed on casino and card games are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the member after confirmation, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered by the platform for a specific market and that option is exercised before the relevant event concludes.

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers series), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to 999bdt's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference. Key principles include:

• Odds are set by 999bdt and may be updated at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and are binding upon confirmation.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement beyond 48 hours, or venue change materially affecting the outcome, void rules as published in the Sports Betting Rules will apply.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per member tier. Limits are displayed in the sports book interface.
• 999bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

Casino and card game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by independently licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 999bdt does not operate proprietary house games and does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes. All disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be directed to the relevant game provider in the first instance, with 999bdt support available to facilitate the escalation process.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or market are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering. 999bdt reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice, including on a per-member basis where risk management considerations require it.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered member of 999bdt, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in strict compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 999bdt staff.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, play games, or circumvent security systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any form of wagering on events where the Member has material non-public information regarding the likely outcome.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors in odds, or any other technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a manifest error must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account, personal data, or financial information without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999bdt staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or deposit limit that you have set on your own account or that has been applied by 999bdt's responsible gaming team.

999bdt reserves the right to conduct periodic security reviews of any member account, including requesting updated KYC documentation, source-of-funds declarations, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to cooperate with a security review within a reasonable timeframe will result in the account being placed in restricted status until the review is completed.

Account Suspension and Closure

999bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other members.

In the event of a suspension or closure initiated by 999bdt for Terms violations, the following outcomes may apply:

• All pending bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be immediately cancelled and forfeited.
• Winnings derived from activity found to be in breach of these Terms will be voided and forfeited.
• Any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to forfeiture may be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding security or fraud review.
• The Member's personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable law and 999bdt's internal record-keeping obligations.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting [email protected]. Before account closure is confirmed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be cancelled, the bonus balance will be removed, and any verified real-money balance will be returned via the member's registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Members who have chosen to self-exclude under 999bdt's responsible gaming programme may not request account reactivation until the self-exclusion period they selected has fully elapsed. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be shortened at the member's request.
